If you are not 100% satisfied at the time of the Residential Property Inspection, you will NOT be charged. In addition, we will pay for an inspector of your choice to perform another inspection.
General Conditions/Limitations: (1) Buyer must be at the property during the entire inspection; (2) Cost of the second inspection must not exceed 10% of our inspection cost; (3) Request for inspection refund is limited to within 24 hours after reciept of our inspection report.
